Lauren Moloney-Egnatios, MA is a Senior Consultant at ReFresh Communication and serves an independent Intercultural Communications & Training Specialist and Consultant working with various organizations across the U.S. and abroad to facilitate understanding, collaboration, and leadership across difference to advance organizational effectiveness, inclusion, and belonging. Lauren brings nearly 15 years of experience in the fields of Organizational Development and Intercultural Communication as a facilitator, organizational development and effectiveness strategist, learning program designer, and global/intercultural leadership consultant.
Most recently, she served as the Director of the Center for Intercultural Learning and Global Competence Education with AFS International, and the Assistant Director of the Center for Intercultural Leadership at UC Berkeley, consulting on organizational inclusion strategy, and designing and facilitating custom intercultural learning programs that promote higher team performance, innovation, and belonging for staff and executive leadership across various sectors and industries. Lauren has lived, worked, and led teams across the U.S. and abroad: primarily in Spain where she lived for four years, and gained fluency in the Spanish language; and also in Lebanon, Morocco, Costa Rica, and the Netherlands. Though she can hold a conversation in Levantine Arabic, she is working on fulfilling a lifelong dream to be fluent in the language of her heritage.
Lauren was awarded her M.A. in International Communications from the School of International Service at American University in Washington D.C., and a B.A. in Organizational Development and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
